24 Carrot Islnd

When you arrive on 24 Carrot Island, run left all the way to the Carrot Farm. Run past the farmer and jump up on top the roof of the house and go down the chimney. You get inside the house, run right past the couch and you will get an Empty Bowl.
Go back up the chimney and out the house. Keep running right till you return to the starting area. Run right and go inside the Carrot King Diner. Click on the waitress right by the door, ask her to fill your bowl with milk. Go back outside and return to the Carrot Farm. Go into the house through the chimney.

Go to the right. You automatically place the bowl on the floor where you picked it up. Run to the right and jump up on the second floor and run to the left over to where the bathtub is. Turn the water on in the bathtub and a cat jumps out of the tub. Run slowly behind him to follow him downstairs and then follow him to the milk. He sees the bowl of milk, it drink from it then Meows. He’s your friend for life now and follows you anywhere. Jump back outside the house and run right to the main entry area.

Run right past the diner and the theater and go into Charlie’s Carrot Surplus Co. Run to the right and talk to the woman standing next to the counter. Tell her you found her cat Whiskers and she gives you a crowbar.

Go outside and run to the right. Run right to the Factory. Jump up on the left side of factory to the roof and you find the Vent Blueprint. You don’t need it, it can help you navigate through the vents inside the factory.

Jump down the right side of the building and you’ll see a pipe near some old barrels floating in the water. Since you have the crowbar, just click on the lid of the pipe and you will pry it open. Then you will head inside.

Run left and pick up the Carrot Transporter. You will not really need this either, but it is cool to have.

Jump up the left side of the pipe and then you see valves that open and shut. The trick is to get the valves is to stand at the edge and be patient. Run just as they’re closing and do one at a time. and do one at a time. Some of them are tricky because they open and shut pretty fast. Keep running and you’ll see a giant rat.

It’s very easy to avoid, you can jump up into the little section of pipe that goes above. Keep going left. Jump up through the top.

You’ll be inside a dark room inside the factory. Run left and stand in front of the panel. There are three levers on the machine and they are all in the up position.. Move the left lever so that it is in the middle. The green light will light up. Move the middle lever all the way to the bottom and the right lever to the same position in the middle, as you did with the lever on the left. All the green lights will light up, the main lights in the room will go on and the engine will start moving. Here’s a picture to help.

Head to the right side of the room and jump up on the crates. Jump up to the left on the platform and then on top of the three barrels. A mechanical arm will come by, jump up on that. It will reach a platform on the right, jump off on the platform and enter the vent.

The vent is like a maze. It’s pretty easy to get through, if you get stuck just use the Vent Blueprints that you found outside. Jump down and to the left and keep going until you see part of the passageway that is covered in ice. Go up and through that passageway and then down on the other side. You come to a pair of wire cutters on the ground. Pick them up.

Keep going down and to the right and you will arrive at another grate in the vent. Click on it to go through.
You’ll arrive in a room that says Security System and where the word enabled is lit up.

Jump onto the floor and very quickly a security robot will zap you. You disappear and then emerge in a refrigerated room. To the right there is a panel labeled Security System. Click on that to use the wire cutters. Cut all three wires to disable the system

Now go to the right and jump up to the top where there is a grate you can exit to go back into the Vent.

Jump up into the vent and go up and to the right. You should come to a new vent grate. Go in and your in another room of the factory. Jump through a few open chutes where carrot crates coming through. Wait on the edge of each chute for the crates to stop falling before going to the next one.

Run to the right and jump down onto the factory floor. Then run left. You find a girl wearing a set of metal rabbit ears and swirly glasses. Talk to her and click the third question, you see a close-up of the top of the rabbit ears. A little power button in the middle. Press it, it turns the ears off and the girl will no longer be under their power. She gives you a printout from a machine that gives you the password for the computer which is: fuzzybunny. Go a little to the left and jump back up to the vent where you entered. Go back into the vents.

Head back to the same place you were in before where the security robot zapped you so use your Vent Blueprint. When you find it go inside.

You disabled the security system, the robot doesn’t bother you. Run to the right where you see a doorway and a sign that says, “Authorized Bunny Drones Only” You try to go through the door, but you drop through a trap door in the ground because you are not an authorized bunny drone. You land in a new factory room. Jump down to the left and you land on a conveyor belt. Run right and be careful to avoid the giant presses that come crashing down or you get squashed. Also some hot carrot juice that comes out that burns you if you get hit. You get past these things, jump up on top of the steel girder and you will see bunny ears hat.

Run over it to pick it up. Put them on now and then go through the Exit. You arrive back in the room that had the security robot and the trap door. Now, while you’re wearing the bunny drone ears, go back to the big doorway. This time, you can get inside.

You are standing next to Dr. Hare. He thinks you’re one of the drones and commands you to start the launch sequence for his big spaceship. Jump up the spaceship. There will be a platform on the right with a big computer on it and a guy wearing the drone ears next to it. Click on him and ask him the third question. Press the power button to turn them off. Then click on the computer and enter the password, fuzzybunny. It asks you to enter a command. The command is on a sticky note on the computer and it is launch rabbot.

The robot spaceship launchs and then your able to control it with the joystick on the computer. Now you want to crash the spaceship, moving it into the path of the oncoming asteroids. Each time you hit one, Dr. Hare will yell at you. You hit four asteroids, the robot spaceship explodes and Dr. Hare flys off into space. You win! Follow the guy up the rope and out of the factory. Your be back in the main area standing in front of a gas station. Run all the way to the left and talk to the mayor. He thanks you and give you a medallion for saving the town. Congrats!

    Start by heading right to Early Poptropica. Talk to the weird 8-bit guys (Poptropica’s “first settlers”) who tell you that important items have been stolen. Now once you see a well, click on it to go inside. Go left until you see a guy holding a Glow Stick. He said he saw one to the upper-left. Follow the direction and you’ll be at the Glow Stick. Walk over it to pick it up. (SPOILER: Jump over a couple of platforms and climb up ropes to find the platform with the stick.) Once collected, head out of the well and go back onto Main Street. Once you are on Main Street, you’ll find a pothole with an open lid. Click it to go down. You’ll be in a spider pit. This one’s straightfoward. Just go down and to the right until you see a pig. Walk over it to pick up the Prized Porker. Then, head out and go left to the Poptropica Towers. (NOTE: Do not go inside PopArt Museum. Save that for Counterfeit Island. It might be useful for looking at art, but don’t talk to the lady in there.) Once in Poptropica Towers, go left until you see another open-lid pothole. Click on it to go down. (SPECIAL: On your way, you can go to the Pigments stall to find several coloured balloons. Click on a balloon to change the colour of your Poptropican’s skin.) Inside, you’ll find out this is a maze. Writing on the wall will inform you messages like dead ends. Proceed your way until you see a message: “GETTING WARMER”. To your left is an egg. Walk over to pick it up and reverse the route to where you went to get to the rope leading up to Poptropica Towers. Then use washing lines and windows to get up. Then, do a jump to the left to land on the statue of a Poptropican. Jump off the statue again to be on a building with tables on the rooftop. A vine-like rope sits there, too. Climb up it to get to the giant. Give him the egg and he tells you a riddle: “Because you have found what I need, I lift my club and you may proceed.” If you don’t, he says, “I lost my egg in a cold place with no light. Give it to me and you can pass to the right.” Go right, then right again to get to Aircraft Graveyard. Go right to find a jet pack (NOTE: Does not work anywhere else) which will be automatically turned on for you. Proceed left to collect a pail and seek an exit. It’s not that hard to get to. Then, once going down, you should land on the water tower. There’s a flag there. Pick it up and go to Early Poptropica. Give the settlers what they need, and a ship will dock on the island. The guy there will give you the medallion, what is rewarded when you complete ALL islands. And 100 credits*.

    *it used to say there was 100 credits when you complete an island, but, now the Creators cut the credits in half, so it’s now 50

    You’ll start near the train engine. Go left until you see a man struggling with his luggage. He’s Edison, from Time Tangled Island.
    Click on an item and click on another item to make the two items switch places. You need to line the items from smallest to largest. Then click the piece of wood to form a ramp. You will then push his luggage into the train. END
    Once’s he’s done, he’ll give you a train ticket and go into the train. Follow him inside.

    • PLEASE NOTE: The kinds of items are:

      a) tiny yellow box
      b) small blue package
      c) green trunk
      d) purple golf carrier
      e) irregular rectangular shaped case. Why is it irregular? It has a tipped edge!


    Once on board, start by talking to everyone on the train you can find. The stuff you will need is a Telegraph from George Ferris. It says, “Last attempt to fix wheel failed STOP need more power STOP. The next things are a pamphlet from Susan, which you can’t really read, and a newspaper from Moreau. I don’t know about you, but I like reading Spanish instead of French. Why? I’m from Mexico!* Then, in Edison’s, he’ll unveil a camera that only takes photos of moving pictures. He goes to get the NY Times Reporter. The train then rounds a bend into a tunnel, causing the lights to go off. When they come back on again, the machine is gone! He says, “*gasp* My machine! What have you done with it?” You say you didn’t know how it happened. He then replies with, “My invention – stolen! The thief couldn’t have gone too far…”

    *somehow I got power of the gravatar generator. So, if you say this is fake, I’ll put your gravatar on overload and then your gravatar will flicker and disappear quickly.


    Now that Edison’s machine has vanished, you need to find out who took it. Remember, everyone’s a suspect! Start by talking to New York Times reporter. He says that he heard Mark Twain was hiding something in a secret compartment and predicts it was the machine. Leave the room and go to the French reporter. She said Mark Twain was making remarks about people from other countries. She also says that Mark Twain couldn’t have gotten off the train. Then, go to Mark Twain’s and ask him about the secret compartment. He confesses he doesn’t. Then knock everywhere by clicking on the compartments until one makes a hollow thump sound. A-ha, we’ve framed him… Oh, no we haven’t. Since when did the device look like a manuscript? Twain confesses he’s working on a book and doesn’t want anyone seeing it until completion. You then ask if he didn’t steal it then he said that you didn’t see it in the “secret compartment”. Whoa, why’s the train stopping?


    Oh, great, just what we need – an unscheduled stop. Talk to everyone you see. The New York Times reporter remembered he heard footsteps dashing outside his cabin in the direction of Edison’s cabin, which is left from the Reporter’s cabin. The conductor shouts, “All aboard!” Yay! This is hinting the train is starting back up again! Soon, you’ll continue the journey.


    Now that the train has restarted, go left to the coal man, who confesses that he has been here during the theft with proval of coal marks. Go left to find some clues. One of the luggage trunks in the luggage compartment is belonging to Tesla and has a handprint made of coal. A-ha! The coal man’s been framed! Go right to the coal man. He confesses that he went to go get a snack and didn’t go anywhere near the luggage. So it must have been someone else. Now ask Gustave who says he didn’t see the coal man. Then go on until you see prune juice stains outside Edison’s cabin. Whoever had prune juice is framed! Go to the dining car. The Porter won’t tell you what the customers had. That is not good!

    Look in your inventory for clues. What? Since when was a pencil in there? You got it from a table earlier, that’s when!
    Once you collect the Porter’s notepad, use the pencil to start revealing an imprint hidden inside the paper. It says there was an order of water, bicarbonate of soda, and prune juice. Wait, prune juice! It was Tesla who ordered it! He’s framed, but you can’t get inside his cabin yet. END Talk to Susan there. She says Tesla was locked in his cabin since the theft. Then go to the Porter, who is now in VIP Car 2. Ask him about the coal man’s alibi and you’ll hear that the coal man is right.

    Go back to the luggage compartment. Moreau is there. She confesses she didn’t see anyone in here. You tell her the problem and she has an idea. Giving Tesla a drink while disguised like the Porter! Go inside the Porter’s closet and pick up his extra outfit (hat and top). Put it on and rush to Tesla’s and knock on the door. Thoughtfully he thinks you’re the Porter and decides to let you in. Grab the jug when he asks for a refill. Keep filling his glass when he drinks it and the glass turns empty when he asks for more. Then he needs to use the bathroom. Now’s our chance!
    You’ll see a mini view of Tesla going to the bathroom. This is the order:
    a) leaves his cabin
    b) walks to the bathroom
    c) uses the toilet
    d) leaves the bathroom
    e) walks to his cabin
    While he’s doing the process, start by clicking everywhere. As soon as he comes back, you’ll get a luggage key. It’s in a different place all the time. You’ll ask if there’s anything else he needs. He tells you to leave him in peace. Now go to the left to get to the luggage compartment. Use the key to open the trunk and you’ll find Edison’s device. A-ha! Tesla’s framed! Moreau then rushes to inform security. Tesla is now in handcuffs and been dragged across the floor by the Pinkerton guy followed by the Porter. While the Porter pauses, the Pinkerton guy carries on. He claims he doesn’t do it. Like I know that! The Porter says you make a better him. Back in Edison’s, it was on all the time and pointing out the window! And Tesla’s in the picture! When the train was rounding the bend into the tunnel (see part 2 for a little more information), Tesla was on the OTHER side of the train! Now you’ll be informed to make haste and talk to him. Now head outside and rush all the way to the coal car.

    What’s the Pinkerton guy doing here? He’s blocking the entrance! He says it’s “open and shut”, whatever that means. Then go left and ask Gustave about the man. “When all else fails, look to the sky!” Go left and now you’ll see that the hatch in the luggage compartment is open. No time to wonder who opened it. Just time to get on top of the train now! Go right, avoiding obstacles. Then you’ll be in the coal car. Once inside, Tesla tells you to find anything suspicious going on the room if you give him something to write with, so give him the pencil and he’ll draw a sketch of his cabin. Rush back to the cabin, ignoring the Pinkerton guy. Take a look at the briefcase, then open the sketch.
    Use a pencil to try spot ONLY ONE thing that’s a difference. The difference is the briefcase. END
    Go back to Tesla and tell him the case is open.
